Happy 4th Of July

Today I will indulge you not with words, but rather with images from the last week or so. I do have stories to tell, but you must be patient with me, for my lawn looks like an African savannah right now. Things to do when you return from a week's vacation, my friends. Nonetheless, enjoy the photos and have a wonderful Independence Day!



It may have only been 736 miles, but we did it the long way!


A reunion of good friends . . Avery and Tess did not have one fight the entire week!


Meema got (and continues to get) plenty of time with the girls.


Cayuga Lake at sunset is spectacular.

Avery wasn't the only one with a friend at the lake . . we met Piper and her mom over the weekend, and they'll be back in 2 weeks when we return!



And it wouldn't be a trip with Lily without some form of dress-up. Aunt C didn't expect to have her closet raided by a 3 year-old!
